It’s been months since I joined the group. I came to know about the group through an insta post.
I immediately felt that this is the kind of platform I have been always looking for.
Where we can share our fears, confusions, mental and emotional blockage, thoughts etc without being judged and at the same time gain friendships and a community to blend with.
Something which we cannot get in the office of a psychologist. Though they are valuable in terms of medication, but having a support system is an entirely different thing.
The DeClutter group is that emotional and mental support system.
I have gained so much confidence in myself after joining the group. Simply by knowing that I am not alone in this.
Having a wonderful time with chit-chat and food, while dealing with the most serious issues with ourselves.
It’s an amazing experience.
And I am so grateful to Pallav and Amee for creating this platform. The way they are nurturing this platform by being available and kind for all the members, listening to them and showing how easy it is to handle the situation of life with actionable plans.
Helping to create a life graph on a sheet of paper and helping us realise how we have dealt with our ups and downs.
This exercise, made me remember my strengths and ability to take life as it comes and be the winner in my own terms.
The activities carried out are very good for bonding with other members, where we actually find friends as well.
It’s amazing support group where we can vent out on a one on one interaction depending who is available to listen. Something never seen in any other support group.
I am very happy to be part of this group.
