The Declutter Health Circle allows you to take the first step which is to acknowledge it and accept the need to address it. This space is designed to maintain anonymity and eliminate judgement, with the objective of normalizing the discussion about mental health and finding appropriate social support.
The emphasis of the Circle is on the notion that you are not alone and that your mental health challenge is distinct from your identity.
The structure of the Circle is based on the Health Triangle where importance is given to Mental, Social and Physical Health. We not only address these but have also inculcated them in the structure of the Circle.
