The Declutter Health Circle

The Declutter Health Circle allows you to take the first step which is to acknowledge it and accept the need to address it. This space is designed to maintain anonymity and eliminate judgement, with the objective of normalizing the discussion about mental health and finding appropriate social support. 

The emphasis of the Circle is on the notion that you are not alone and that your mental health challenge is distinct from your identity.

The structure of the Circle is based on the Health Triangle where importance is given to Mental, Social and Physical Health. We not only address these but have also inculcated them in the structure of the Circle.

Exploring pathological digital engagement and its ramification on the mental well being and psychosocial functioning of individuals. 

  • Identifying Your Triggers

Learn to distinguish subjective behavioral and social signs that are residual from the chronic digital exposure and compromise psychological and functional outcomes.

  • Practical Techniques

Develop insight on therapeutic techniques aimed at generation and enhancement of Behavior modification, attentional control, and enhancement of psychological resilience. The techniques are derived from various Therapy approaches like Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness Based Therapy (MBT) and Acceptance and Commitment therapy (ACT).

Clinical and non clinical support structures, grounded in ecological system and shared experience models, are facilitated with the vision to foster a sense of belongingness and emphasize on the availability of psychosocial support.

    Helping to create a life graph on a sheet of paper and helping us realise how we have dealt with our ups and downs.

    The activities carried out are very good for bonding with other members, where we actually find friends as well.
